Terms of Service

Course Enrollment

By enrolling in a course, you confirm that you meet the stated prerequisites and are physically fit to participate in scuba diving activities. A medical questionnaire may be required.

Payment & Cancellation

• Course fees must be paid before the course start date
• Cancellations made 7+ days before: full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days: no refund

Safety Requirements

All divers must follow instructor guidance and safety protocols. Whale Dive Centre reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

Equipment Rental

Rented equipment must be returned in good condition. Damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.

Certification

Certification is issued upon successful completion of all course requirements. Certification standards are set by the respective training agency (PADI, SSI, NAUI, TDI).

Limitation of Liability

Scuba diving carries inherent risks. While we maintain the highest safety standards, Whale Dive Centre is not liable for injuries or incidents that occur during training or diving activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
